Family suites accommodate up to 8 guests, while larger suites sleep up to 26. Every room includes a treasure hunt with clues leading to a surprise.

Bricks Family Restaurant serves buffet-style meals with child-friendly options at kid-height counters. Breakfast is included with stays. The Pool Bar offers snacks and drinks, including daily happy hours. Room service is available from 11:30 AM to 6 AM, with a minimum order of AED 50. Saturday brunch features LEGO-themed activities and a kids' kitchen.

The hotel lobby has a Castle Play Area with a pirate ship and LEGO-filled moat. Guests can join Master Model Builder workshops or cool off in the temperature-controlled pool.
